As a key member of the team, the Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role in shaping our company's future and contributing to a positive work environment.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will oversee day-to-day HR operations, ensuring people processes run smoothly and align with goals. Responsibilities include talent acquisition, organizational planning, performance management, compliance & reporting, employee development & training, policy management, compensation & benefits, and employee relations.

  • Talent Acquisition: Oversee recruitment and staffing logistics to attract and retain top talent.
  • Organizational Planning: Contribute to space and team structure planning to align with business growth.
  • Performance Management: Implement and manage systems to enhance employee performance and productivity.
  • Compliance & Reporting: Ensure full compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Employee Development & Training: Drive employee growth through targeted development programs and onboarding initiatives.
  • Policy Management: Lead the creation and management of HR policies, ensuring they support a positive work environment.
  • Compensation & Benefits: Administer compensation, benefits, and employee wellness programs to maintain employee satisfaction.
  • Employee Relations: Promote positive employee engagement and handle issues with professionalism and fairness.

Requirements:
  • Assist in aligning HR strategies with the overall company vision.
  • Participate in setting department goals and tracking progress.
  • Help monitor and manage HR operations.
  • Maintain employee databases and produce insightful reports for decision-making.
  • Support the implementation of performance management and employee development programs.
  • Help design and execute company-wide training initiatives, ensuring continual skill development across teams.
  • Contribute to fostering positive employee relations, contributing to policies that drive engagement and satisfaction.
  • Assist with compensation reviews and benchmarking to ensure fair pay structures.
  • Ensure HR practices comply with all legal regulations and minimize risk exposure.
