Main Objectives

The key objectives of this role are:

A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is preferred but not required.
Responsibilities

The General Manager will be responsible for:

  • Managing staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving any customer complaints.
  • Maintaining high standards of food and service quality.
  • Handling budgets and financial management.
  • Developing and implementing marketing initiatives and customer engagement strategies.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, as well as experience in restaurant management, team leadership, and customer service.
