Quality Assurance and Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly experienced Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Manager to join our team.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in textile and garment manufacturing, with a minimum of 10 years of QA/QC experience and 3+ years of management experience.
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure the quality of products being produced and delivered by conducting site inspections and audits.
- Manage a team of inspectors to conduct quality inspections across various product stages.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver quality and compliant products.
- Carry out sample inspections and checks throughout the production cycle.
- Perform routine functional tests onsite and conduct final inspections and statistical audits.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, documentation, and report writing.
- Strong knowledge of fabric, garment sewing, taping, gluing, and washing.
- Excellent understanding of printing and embroidery.
- Knowledgeable in material bonding and lamination.
- Working experience following a production and shipping schedule.
- Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
- Proactive in identifying root causes of issues and developing solutions.
