Highly Experienced Quality Assurance Specialist

- We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineer to join our team.
- Key Responsibilities include ensuring timely completion of quality control processes, providing professional support to implement quality assurance and compliance matters, understanding and facilitating reporting requirements related to quality assurance work, fostering consistent quality practices across the organization, documenting business processes to ensure continuity, reviewing and updating quality assurance processes periodically, inspecting and testing materials and products to meet quality specifications, calibrating domestic gas meters according to international standards, ensuring all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements, undertaking internal and process audits of the QMS ISO 9001:2015, addressing non-conformities through corrective actions, operating functions in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies, developing safety policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance, collaborating with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements, and preparing drawings and specifications for procured components.
- Ensure timely completion of quality control periodic monitoring processes.
- Provide professional support to implement, control, and monitor quality assurance and compliance matters.
- Understand and facilitate reporting requirements related to quality assurance work.
- Foster consistent quality assurance practices across the Plant.
- Document business processes within Quality Assurance & Enhancement to ensure business continuity.
- Review and update quality assurance processes periodically to reflect changes in requirements.
- Inspect and test materials, equipment, processes, and products to ensure quality specifications are met.
- Calibrate domestic gas meters according to international standards.
- Ensure all necessary systems and procedures are in place to satisfy customer requirements and audits.
- Undertake internal and process audits of the QMS ISO 9001:2015.
- Address non-conformities found through corrective actions.
- Operate the function in accordance with health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures.
- Develop safety policies to minimize risk and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement controls and improvements.
