As a Strategic Sales Leader, you will be responsible for spearheading business growth and ensuring key financial objectives are met within your designated area.

Main Responsibilities
  • Create comprehensive strategic plans to achieve targeted volume, market share, and distribution goals.
  • Collaborate with distributors to effectively manage primary loads, from order generation to dispatch.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing sales team.
  • Implement initiatives to improve cold availability of SKUs, thereby boosting secondary sales.
  • Oversee trade channel execution to meet commercial and SFE objectives.
  • Optimize asset utilization, including coolers, signage, and activation materials.
  • Maintain stock transactions aligned with planning and forecasting.
  • Promote profitable sales through monitoring discounts, trade promotions, margins, and profitability metrics.
  • Develop and implement distributor annual business plans, focusing on sustainability and profitability.
  • Manage distribution efficiently through VOYAGE compliance, overseeing sales operations, order cycles, inventory, and stock coverage.
  • Conduct regular market visits to supervise operations, build relationships, and coach the team.
  • Gather critical market intelligence on trends, competition, and consumer behavior.
Candidate Qualifications

A Master's Degree is preferred; candidates with relevant sales experience are highly valued.

A Bachelor's Degree is also considered a strong foundation.
