Are you a sales professional with a passion for lead qualification?

We are seeking an experienced Lead Qualification Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for qualifying inbound marketing leads and routing them to the appropriate sales channel or team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Qualify inbound Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and assess their fit for further engagement.
  2. Route leads to the appropriate sales channel or team in a timely manner.
  3. Follow defined cadences and structured processes to manage lead flow.
  4. Deliver high-quality qualified meetings per week, depending on lead volume.
Requirements
  1. Fluency in German and English (written and spoken) is essential.
  2. Prior experience in lead qualification, sales development, or a similar function.
  3. Strong organizational and process-oriented mindset.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to work independently and meet targets.

About the Role
  • Schedule: Full-time | Monday to Friday | 9 AM - 5 PM UK Time (may vary slightly).
