Field Management Trainee

Ideal candidates will be responsible for establishing productive relationships with key personnel in assigned accounts.

  • They will explore and develop new channels while maintaining current ones.
  • They will coordinate the involvement of company resources to meet performance objectives.
  • Meet targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts.
  • Lead a joint partner planning process that develops mutual performance objectives and critical milestones.
  • Conduct market research and identify areas for improvement.
  • Proactively assess, clarify, and validate the needs of channels on an ongoing basis.
Key Qualifications:

Education: Preferably Master's degree

Experience: Preferably 1 year of channel sales experience

Special Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Problem solving and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to train, develop and encourage team members
