Job Title: YouTube Channel Growth Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our YouTube channel and drive growth through effective content strategy, optimization, and analytics.

  2. Channel Optimization: Ensure optimal titles, descriptions, metadata, tags, and thumbnails to boost click-through rates, search engine optimization (SEO), and overall channel visibility.
  3. Advanced Tool Utilization: Leverage advanced YouTube tools and emerging platform features to innovate and enhance channel growth.
  4. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize YouTube Analytics and third-party tools to monitor, analyze, and improve content performance, making informed decisions to adapt to market changes quickly.
  5. Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor channels and market trends, using insights to refine channel management and creative strategies.
  6. Industry Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube trends, algorithms, and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • YouTube Channel Management: Proven experience in managing YouTube channels, SEO, and digital content creation.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro and other relevant tools; deep understanding of all YouTube features, including advanced analytics.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with a strategic mindset, capable of interpreting complex data sets and translating them into actionable growth strategies.
