About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional to spearhead our Graduate Development Program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement, and manage comprehensive graduate programs, internships, and early-career initiatives tailored to meet organizational talent needs.
  • Collaborate with business units to identify talent gaps and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to organize campus drives, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
  • Create and oversee learning modules, workshops, and mentorship opportunities for program participants.

Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5–10 years of experience in talent development, HR, or a similar field, with expertise in managing large-scale leadership development programs.
  • Strong project management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
