Talent Development Manager

TechPartner is looking for an experienced and dynamic professional to lead our Future Talent Development Program. This role is focused on building strong graduate, internship, and early-career initiatives that prepare fresh talent for corporate success and create a pipeline of future leaders. The person will work closely with different teams and leadership to align these programs with business goals and workforce priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Program Design & Execution
- Design, implement, and manage graduate programs, internships, and early-career initiatives.
- Train and prepare fresh graduates for corporate life through structured programs.
- Work with different business units to identify skill gaps and align initiatives with company needs.
Talent Acquisition
- Partner with the recruitment team to organize campus drives, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Build relationships with universities and other talent pools to attract high-potential graduates.
Learning & Development
- Create workshops, training modules, and mentorship opportunities.
- Monitor participants' progress to ensure strong professional and personal growth.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Support smooth onboarding, job rotations, and career development for program participants.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to gain buy-in and active involvement in these initiatives.
Program Evaluation & Improvement
- Measure program success through KPIs, feedback, and performance results.
- Continuously refine and improve programs by applying feedback and best practices.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5–7 years of experience in HR or talent development, with proven expertise in graduate/leadership programs.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Experience in campus recruitment and managing early-career programs.
- Familiarity with leadership development frameworks and industry best practices.
