To collaborate with the business to define strategic objectives and execute agreed initiatives across the full learning cycle, equipping employees with specific capabilities to enhance value and drive competitive advantage.

Key Responsibilities
  • Learning Strategist:
  • Create a site L&D strategy defining capability priorities aligned to the business agenda.
  • Conduct learning needs assessments in collaboration with the business to identify skill gaps.
  • Work with Business Experts to agree target populations, craft precise learning objectives, and define evaluation mechanisms.
  • Select the most effective learning mix applying 70/20/10 principles and good instructional design.
  • Promote resource allocation to develop agreed solutions.
  • Evaluate learning & development solutions are developed and deployed using global frameworks, standards, systems, and processes.
  • Pack Operations Lead:
  • Manage Pack laboratory activities and interact with stakeholders.
  • Take the lead in working with other departments to resolve technical and process-related issues.
  • Evaluate proper quality control systems and procedures are in place.
  • Sustain Procurement, Logistics, and SQ.Ops for Supplier projects, supplier development, and QIPs.
  • Implement Artwork process in Lab as per standards and regulatory requirements.
