As a seasoned Learning Management System Manager, you will oversee the comprehensive management of our digital learning platform. This role requires excellent leadership and organizational skills to ensure seamless operation, accessibility, and user-friendly experience for all users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • System Oversight: Manage the LMS to guarantee smooth performance, timely updates, and full compliance with organizational standards, user policies, and data security regulations.
  • Resource Organization: Organize, update, and maintain resources systematically to meet business needs and user requirements.
  • Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues promptly, and collaborate with vendors for regular maintenance and timely enhancements.
  • Project Leadership: Lead and manage LMS-related projects, including upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
  • Mentorship and Training: Provide guidance and mentorship to a team of LMS administrators and digital learning specialists, ensuring staff training on LMS functionalities, best practices, and troubleshooting to maximize efficiency and user engagement.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track LMS usage and assess its effectiveness, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management.
Requirements:
  • A Master's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or Project Management from a recognized university/institute.
  • At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in LMS administration, digital learning solutions, and project management, with expertise in stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and system administration.
