Appointment Setter Job Description

The appointment setter role is a key position in our sales team, responsible for identifying and connecting with potential clients through various outreach methods.

Key responsibilities include researching and reaching out to leads using email, LinkedIn, and phone calls, explaining our services clearly to prospective clients, scheduling meetings or discovery calls for the senior sales team, keeping CRM systems updated with accurate lead and prospect information, working with marketing and content teams to support outreach campaigns, and tracking outreach activities to improve messaging and increase response rates.

This role is ideal for individuals who are self-motivated, enjoy communication, and are interested in technology and digital services. We value teamwork and continuous professional development within our organization.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred; however, recent graduates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English are required.
  • Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet performance targets is essential.
  • Interest in technology and digital solutions is necessary.
