Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Development Specialist to join our remote team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to initiate conversations with potential clients and partners.
  • Maintain and update outreach records to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align outreach with business goals and objectives.
  • Follow up with leads and respond to inquiries promptly to ensure timely conversion into new business opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written), with excellent grammar, vocabulary, and spelling skills.
  • Previous experience in outreach, customer service, or lead generation is a plus, but not required.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • A reliable internet connection and working laptop are essential for this role.
Work Schedule:
  • Full-time: 6:00 PM - 3:00 AM (PKT)
  • Part-time: 6:00 PM - 11:00 PM (PKT)
Compensation:
  • Full-time: PKR 50,000 - 60,000 per month
  • Part-time: PKR 30,000 - 35,000 per month
