Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled HR And Training Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the recruitment and onboarding process, designing and implementing training programs, and assisting in the development of performance management systems.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
    • Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including job postings, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection.
    • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding procedures to ensure new hires are well-integrated into the company culture.
  • Training and Development
    • Create and deliver engaging training programs to enhance employees' skills and knowledge, aligning with business objectives.
    • Conduct needs assessments to identify gaps in skills and knowledge across the organization, informing strategic workforce planning.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop tailored training solutions, ensuring maximum impact.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven improvements as needed.
  • Performance Management
    • Assist in developing and implementing performance management systems that drive employee growth and success.
    • Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting regular performance reviews, providing coaching and counseling as needed.
    • Identify and address performance issues, escalating concerns to senior management when necessary.
  • Employee Relations
    • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, providing timely and effective resolution.
    • Foster a positive work environment by promoting open communication, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • HR Administration
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, performance, and training history.
    • Administer employee benefits, including health insurance, leave policies, and retirement plans, ensuring seamless delivery.
  • Strategic Planning
    • Contribute to the development of HR strategies that align with organizational goals, driving business success.
    • Participate in workforce planning to anticipate future hiring and training needs, ensuring agility in response to changing business demands.
  • Reporting and Analytics
    • Prepare and present insightful HR and training reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and metrics.
    • Analyze HR data to track key performance indicators, such as employee turnover, training effectiveness, and recruitment efficiency, informing data-driven decisions.
    Working Conditions
    • Typically works in an office environment, with opportunities for occasional travel for training sessions or recruitment events.
    • Full-time position, with standard business hours, although some roles may require additional hours during peak periods.
