This role focuses on managing various compensation and benefits operational tasks to provide efficient, accurate, and effective services to employees.
- End-to-end management of outsourced staff payroll, including payroll data verification and vendor invoice processing from the finance department.
- CRM Management for new joiners' SIM issuances and additions to the CRM system.
- Activation of employee mobile packages and marking resignations, transfers, promotions, or number changes.
- Maintenance of new joiner files and related employee documentation in Record Rooms.
- Record-keeping of personnel files in both hard and soft copies.
- Supporting the talent team in closing new joiner cases in HCM and issuing appointment letters.
- Completion of monthly New Joiner Files in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams. Organization of files in a neat manner.
- Creation of new joiners' HRIDs in HCM and Excel sheets.
- File archiving in CAD Storage and maintaining overall Record Room operations.
- Monthly CRM and SVC reconciliation, and approval processes.
- Supplying employee records and data to C&B Teams as needed.
