Account Growth Specialist Role

Confiz is seeking an experienced sales professional to fill this critical role. As an account growth specialist, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet business objectives.
  2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, converting prospects into loyal clients.
  3. Deliver product demonstrations to clients, negotiate favorable terms, and close deals.
  4. Nurture key client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and prompt query resolution.
  5. Monitor sales performance and market trends, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  6. Upsell additional features and services, manage renewals, and maintain strong client relationships.
  7. Implement client-centric growth strategies to enhance client value.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, and customer success within SAAS organizations.
  3. Strong knowledge of sales principles, pricing, and negotiation techniques.
  4. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  5. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  6. Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
