Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Growth Manager to join our team at 4B Group. As an Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for key account management and retention of existing clients/partners.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote new business to existing accounts
  • Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up
  • Identify and resolve client concerns
  • Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships
  • Achieve daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly targets as assigned by the management
  • Work with switch vendors, introduce new services, and identify new features/business tools
  • Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of partner contacts to be made
  • Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
  • Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals
  • Able to handle recurring Business Development, wholesale Business key account Management, routing strategies, and traffic/revenues/cost analysis
