Effective implementation of school improvement involves strengthening councils, developing plans, mobilizing communities and enriching schools through various programs. This role requires establishing a strong institutional liaison between key stakeholders including the department of education, district officials, corporate sector representatives, head teachers and our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement and document school improvement activities, progress and challenges.
  • Coordinate with partner schools for regular monitoring, staff hiring appraisal and annual work plan preparation.
  • Facilitate and coordinate other projects in the vicinity ensuring alignment with headquarters, other districts and training teams.
  • Conduct surveys administer the resource center and organize trainings and events.
Desired Skills and Qualities

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills are essential. Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and Microsoft Office is required. The ideal candidate is dedicated energetic organized and detail-oriented with the ability to take initiative and work with limited direction. Excellent analytical skills and capacity to write business proposals and reports are also necessary.
