Accounting & Finance Role

We seek a diligent and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance professional to fill key positions within our organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing day-to-day financial data entry, managing petty cash, handling accounts receivable and payable, and supporting various accounting and finance tasks to ensure the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform daily data entry of financial transactions into accounting systems with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Manage petty cash, including disbursements, documentation, and reconciliation to ensure fiscal integrity.
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable processes, ensuring timely invoicing and payments while maintaining excellent relationships with clients and vendors.
  • Conduct regular bank reconciliations to verify accuracy between internal records and bank statements.
  • Maintain accurate and organized records of all financial transactions and supporting documents to facilitate seamless audits and compliance checks.
  • Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities, including preparing necessary reports and documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is mandatory.
  • Proven experience in a similar accounting or finance role is highly valued.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and MS Excel is essential.
  • Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes is required.
