All Good Travels is a forward-thinking travel services provider catering to the distinct needs of Pakistani expatriates in Australia. As a seasoned travel consultant, you will be instrumental in crafting memorable travel experiences for our discerning clients.
Primary Accountabilities:- Deliver high-quality customer service, responding promptly to their inquiries and concerns.
- Evaluate customer needs and propose relevant travel solutions from our extensive range of options.
- Maintain accurate records of work accomplished during each month, adhering to predefined formats.
- Follow up regularly with customers to ensure their complete satisfaction.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to guarantee seamless service delivery.
- Embody company policies and codes of conduct in all aspects of work.
- Superior English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Amadeus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a respected travel agency.
- Demonstrated international exposure or experience.
- IATA certification is highly valued.
