Learning and Development Strategist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Training & Development Manager to join our organization. This role is crucial in shaping the learning and development culture of our organization, ensuring our teams are equipped with the skills and knowledge required to meet business goals.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for organizational learning, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of accomplishment of designing and implementing effective training programs.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive training and development strategies that align with business objectives.
- Conduct training needs assessments and identify skills gaps across departments using industry benchmarks.
- Design and deliver engaging training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs based on feedback and performance metrics using data-driven approaches.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training initiatives support employee growth plans and business outcomes.
- Oversee onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Track training participation, progress, and outcomes using learning management systems (LMS) to inform future training strategies.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and professional development by promoting a growth mindset within the organization.
