Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to join our team as a Learning Development Specialist. This role will involve the development and delivery of internal training programs, workshops, and training sessions.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in learning operations and employee development processes. They will be responsible for coordinating and supporting learning and development initiatives, identifying training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations, and creating training content, presentations, and e-learning materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and training sessions.
  • Identify training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance evaluations.
  • Create training content, presentations, and e-learning materials.
  • Maintain and update training records, attendance logs, and performance reports using LMS tools.
  • Support the onboarding and orientation process for new hires.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to improve learning content and delivery.
  • Provide administrative and logistical support for internal and external training activities.
Qualification and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in HR or training and development roles.
  • Basic knowledge of learning theories, adult education, or instructional design.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
Certification (Optional):
  • Advanced certifications in L&D or HR will be a plus.
