Required Qualifications
  1. Educational Background:
    1. A degree in Computer Science or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  2. Professional Experience:
    1. Four plus years of technical support experience, preferably in a related field such as ERP, accounting, or business applications.
    2. Prior experience with helpdesk or customer service roles is highly desirable.
  3. Technical Skills:
    1. Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills, with experience in software and operating system support.
    2. Knowledge of the iOS (Apple) environment is a plus.
    3. Familiarity with ERP and business applications is an advantage.
  4. Communication Skills:
    1. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
    2. Ability to convey technical information in a clear and understandable manner.
    3. A neutral-to-American accent is preferred.
  5. Personal Attributes:
    1. High levels of enthusiasm, energy, and a customer-first mindset.
    2. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
    3. Ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple requests simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
