This position is responsible for managing day-to-day project operations across BSS and RF domains, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in BSS and RF, excellent customer handling skills, proven team management experience, and the ability to deliver projects smoothly without escalations.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring technical excellence and on-time delivery
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the customer, handling expectations, resolving escalations, and ensuring high satisfaction
  • Build and manage high-performing teams—recruit, onboard, and allocate resources as per project requirements
  • Proactively identify project risks, propose solutions, and drive problem resolution
  • Maintain regular communication with the customer, addressing concerns before they escalate
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, processes, and industry standards
  • Prepare and present regular reports on project performance, resource status, and risks to senior management
  • Take full ownership of team attendance and resource utilization, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and alignment with operational requirements

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Telecom, Electrical, or related field)
  • 5–7 years of experience in Telecom Project Management, with a strong focus on BSS and RF
  • Proven customer handling skills—able to manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and maintain client satisfaction
  • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and managing technical teams
  • Strong technical understanding of BSS, RF systems, and Telecom Networks
  • Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving abilities
