Role Overview

This leadership position involves creating, guiding, and nurturing commercial sales engineering teams in Pakistan.

The Director will oversee multiple pre-sales teams, focusing on developing junior sales engineers, conducting compelling product demonstrations, and designing innovative solutions that directly support commercial sales objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Establish, direct, and mentor high-performing teams of commercial sales engineering managers and individual sales engineers.
  • Collaborate closely with sales leadership to develop and execute strategies that align with commercial segment goals and drive significant revenue growth.
  • Evaluate best practices for the commercial sales engineering function, ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality technical support and impactful product demonstrations.
Essential Requirements
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with a minimum of 3+ years in a second-line leadership role, preferably overseeing technical pre-sales teams.
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; Bachelor's of Science is preferred; Master's is advantageous.
  • Prior experience as an individual contributing sales engineer is essential with a proven track record of delivering impactful technical presentations and demonstrations to customers.
