SQA Engineer Job Summary

We are seeking a talented SQA Engineer to play a key role in ensuring the quality of our software products.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive test plans and cases to ensure high-quality software.

  • Develop and execute manual and automated testing strategies, utilizing tools like Postman for HTTP REST API testing.
  • Collaborate with the development team throughout the software development lifecycle to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Report and track defects, working closely with developers to rectify these issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of work experience as a Software QA Engineer in the software development industry.
  • Proficient in QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Experience with various testing techniques, including UI testing, automated testing, regression testing, performance testing, functional testing, database testing (SQL), integration testing, etc.
  • Knowledge of Postman for REST API testing.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
