Quality Assurance Specialist Role

We are seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Estimation Professional with exceptional expertise in General Contracting and MEP works.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and verify material takeoffs, estimates, and bid documents for accuracy and completeness.
  • Conduct QA/QC checks on estimation deliverables across all GC and MEP trades.
  • Identify discrepancies, errors, or scope gaps in drawings, specifications, and cost data.
  • Collaborate with estimators, project managers, and supervisors to ensure corrective actions.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in estimation and QA (US-based project experience preferred).
  • Strong expertise in General Contracting (GC) including MEP works.
Knowledge & Skills:
  • Proficiency in PlanSwift, MS Office, and estimation/QA tools/software.
  • Excellent analytical, attention-to-detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and documentation abilities.

Maintain the highest standards of quality within the department while ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of estimation deliverables.
