Job Title: Senior Architect

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Architect to lead our architectural design and construction projects in Karachi, Pakistan.

This individual will be responsible for overseeing the development of project plans and timelines with adherence to schedules.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to stay updated with industry trends and technological advancements.

  • Oversight of architectural design and construction projects
  • Development of project plans and timelines with adherence to schedules
  • Collaboration with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Leadership of a team of architects, engineers, and contractors
  • Review and approval of architectural drawings and designs
  • Compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
  • Site visits to monitor progress and resolve issues
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or similar software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Knowledge of local building codes and regulations in Karachi (preferred but not required)
  • Leadership and delegation skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
