Job Title: Carrier Services Executive

We are seeking an experienced Carrier Services Executive to lead our Wholesale Carrier Services team.

About the Role:

As Carrier Services Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing project schedules, ensuring high project performance, and identifying and resolving project-related challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily activities of the wholesale carrier services team, including project management, order fulfillment, provisioning, service assurance, and customer support.
  • Set clear performance goals for the team, monitor individual and team performance, and provide regular feedback and coaching.
  • Develop and implement process improvements and workflows to enhance operational efficiency, manage budget, reduce costs, and improve service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain project schedules, consistent project cadence, and ensure high project performance.
  • Manage service level agreements (SLAs) with carrier partners, ensuring compliance and meeting performance targets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative operational/network solutions that drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Stay up to date about industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continuously improve network infrastructure and security.
  • Monitor and analyze service performance, KPIs, and operational metrics, and generate regular reports for stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing and leading high-performing teams. Proficiency with Microsoft 365, OSS/BSS systems, and project management software. Strong knowledge of telecommunication technologies, standards, and best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong leadership and mentorship skills. Proficiency in project management and improving operational performance.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel as needed for inter-office visits, client meetings, industry events, and other business-related purposes.
