Job Title: Sales Outreach Representative

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Outreach Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable with cold calling, and possess a strong ability to build rapport with potential clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with potential clients via phone calls to discuss our services and identify sales opportunities.
  2. Qualify leads and provide relevant information to support business decisions.
  3. Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
  4. Meet daily/weekly call targets and achieve set KPIs.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales outreach or a related field.
  • Superior English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain motivation in a dynamic sales environment.
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills to effectively engage with potential clients.
  • Fundamental knowledge of sales principles to identify and pursue sales opportunities.

Work Environment:

The successful candidate will work in a dynamic sales environment, interacting with potential clients via phone calls.

Working Hours: 7 PM to 4 AM (US Time Zone)
