
Sales Development Representative

We are seeking a Sales Development Representative with a proven track record in B2B lead generation and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads to drive business growth. If you have expertise in outbound sales strategies, CRM tools, and SaaS industry experience, we encourage you to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Outreach:
Identify and generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling (primarily LinkedIn).
Conduct market research to target potential clients within specific industries.
Develop and execute outreach strategies to engage prospects and qualify them.
Sales Process & Communication:
Present compelling value propositions tailored to clients' needs.
Handle objections and navigate sales conversations effectively.
Schedule qualified appointments and meetings for the sales team.
CRM & Reporting:
Maintain accurate records in CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Collaborate with the sales team to align on target accounts and messaging.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Performance & Quota Management:
Consistently achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly quotas for qualified leads and appointments.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Development Representative (B2B focus).
Proven track record of lead generation and appointment setting.
Experience in the SaaS industry is highly desirable.
Strong understanding of the sales process, outbound strategies, and qualification frameworks.
Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and email automation tools (Outreach.io, Salesloft, Mailchimp).
Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator, VoIP tools (Aircall, RingCentral), and data enrichment tools (ZoomInfo, Lusha, Clearbit).
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
