
Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a diverse team.
This is an on-site position with flexible working hours. Office timings are from 7 pm to 4 am.
Key Responsibilities:- Recruitment & Staffing:
- Manage the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding, ensuring timely hiring for various departments.
- Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Employee Relations:
- Foster a positive workplace environment by promoting open communication and resolving conflicts effectively.
- Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and concerns.
- Performance Management:
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal setting, feedback, and development planning.
- Provide support and guidance to managers to improve employee performance and career growth.
- Training & Development:
- Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs to enhance skill enhancement and career growth.
- Organize workshops, seminars, and team-building activities to enhance team effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration:
- Manage payroll processes and ensure compliance with local labor laws.
- Administer employee benefits programs to meet workforce needs.
- HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare and present HR-related reports and metrics to senior management.
- Utilize HR data to drive decision-making and improve operational efficiencies.
