Job Summary:

We are seeking an Artistic Visionary to lead our Lifestyle Magazine as Creative Director. This is a dynamic role requiring a creative and innovative thinker with exceptional leadership skills.

The successful candidate will be responsible for setting the tone and direction of the magazine, overseeing conception and execution of ideas, and working closely with the team to achieve common goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Direction: Develop and maintain a clear vision for the magazine, driving artistic and design excellence.
  • Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative and supportive work environment, empowering team members to grow and thrive.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the team to identify opportunities and challenges, developing strategies to drive growth and success.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as fine arts, graphic design, or communications.
  • Several years of experience in the field, preferably in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in computer design and editing software, including Adobe Creative Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

A master's degree in a related field and/or additional certifications in areas such as project management or marketing would be highly valued.
