We are looking for a skilled Commercial Growth Specialist to develop and implement effective sales strategies, drive revenue growth, and build strong relationships with customers.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities through strategic partnerships and sales initiatives.
- Manage a portfolio of key accounts to achieve long-term success and customer satisfaction.
- Act as the primary point of contact and handle customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to increase revenue and expand customer relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with current and future industry trends, technologies, and market developments to provide innovative solutions to customers' needs.
- Supervise and mentor account representatives to ensure sales performance and customer service excellence.
- Report on sales metrics, including quarterly results and annual forecasts, to inform business decisions.
- Set and track sales targets aligned with company objectives, and monitor progress against these goals.
- Conduct regular sales performance reviews and analysis to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
- A minimum of 6+ years of experience in sales or business development in an information technology and services company is required.
- IT solution selling experience in Canada, Oman, UAE, or KSA is highly desirable.
- A background in the technology industry, preferably with software sales expertise.
- Hands-on experience in building sales pipelines, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
- Understanding of sales performance metrics and ability to analyze data to inform business decisions.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering projects and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a relevant field.
