Job Title: Sales Territory Development Specialist
">Job Description:We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Territory Development Specialist to support our sales operations in the Lahore region. The ideal candidate will assist in developing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and achieving sales targets.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, retailers, and distributors. This includes conducting regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
Additionally, the Sales Territory Development Specialist will support in executing promotional campaigns and product launches in coordination with the marketing team. They will also prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the Territory Sales Manager.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service needs in a timely manner. You will also coordinate with logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely product delivery and inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets in the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers, retailers, and distributors.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activity, gather market intelligence, and identify new business opportunities.
- Support in executing promotional campaigns and product launches in coordination with the marketing team.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to the Territory Sales Manager.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service needs in a timely manner.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in FMCG, retail, or home lifestyle sectors.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
