
Customer Service and Sales Team Lead

Job Description:
Sales And Customer Support Managers are responsible for managing the customer service team, ensuring that customers receive excellent support and guidance. This includes providing sales techniques, interacting with customers, reporting on performance, and training and performance improvement of customer support representatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer support through various channels, including phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales data, and performance metrics.
- Train and develop the customer support team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality service.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service best practices. You should also be proficient in computer software and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
