
Customer Service Team Members

We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Specialists/Call Center Agents with 1-2 years of international experience in customer services to join our team.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, enabling them to effectively interact with UK-based customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and book large amounts of outbound and inbound calls in a timely manner.
- Manually dial customers and subcontractors to book their appointments for repair work.
- Rearrange or swap engineer jobs as well as update customers regarding appointments.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
- B build sustainable relationships with engineers and colleagues by going the extra mile and helping with workload.
- Manage teams' groups to provide prompt service to our engineers on the field.
- Follow-up calls where necessary.
- Optimize engineer routes.
- Create, arrange, or manage diaries for the engineers.
- Perform administrative tasks, including updating/logging sheets assigned by colleagues.
