Customer Support Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
  • We require an individual to answer questions and provide assistance to potential and current customers, ensuring timely resolution of complaints and issues.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating daily routing as per clients' requirements, maintaining a Daily Report of Sales and Performance.
  • This role involves executing customer support calls to maximize sale-in percentages, up-selling and cross-selling while discussing the offered product with all customers.
  • We are seeking a professional who can utilize knowledge base and training material to resolve customer concerns, cold calling corporate clients, and following up on leads in a professional environment with a professional attitude.
Requirements:
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
  • Candidates must demonstrate the capability to understand and follow procedures and advice from customers accordingly.
