Responsibilities
  • We're looking for an experienced sales leader who can drive revenue growth, retention, and yield management for our inside sales team.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, and Sales Management to develop, store, and update training materials that enhance our sales operations.
  • Implement a comprehensive training plan to provide collective and one-on-one guidance to sales team members, focusing on best practices and results-driven strategies.
  • Share expert knowledge of sales operations with the Sales, Marketing, and RevOps management teams.
  • Frequent travel is required to conduct business with clients and terminals.
  • Coach and train sales representatives on new techniques, services, and applications to boost their performance.
  • Proactively adapt to change and handle other essential tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Fluent English language skills are necessary for effective communication with internal and external customers.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to foster strong relationships.
  • A strong background in Microsoft Office programs is required.
  • Previous industry sales management experience is mandatory.
  • Must have problem-solving and analytical abilities to drive success.
  • A valid driver's license and clean driving record are required.
  • Proven ability to effectively communicate and motivate others.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to develop revenue growth and profit enhancement strategies.
