Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with sales teams to identify new business opportunities by understanding client needs and delivering compelling solutions.
  • Develop customer-centric solutions including prospect presentations and RFP responses.
  • Guide clients through change management during telematics solution implementation, offering support and strategies for smooth adoption.
  • Contribute to sales processes and operations, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with post-sales operations to maintain and update sales collateral and resources.
  • Monitor sales initiatives and provide actionable recommendations.
Required Skills
  • Experience in professional services SaaS solutions or similar fields with a focus on customer engagement and solution development.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and present complex concepts clearly.
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships with clients.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Capability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
