As a professional in bid management, you will be responsible for reviewing and assessing tender opportunities, compiling high-quality submissions, and working closely with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate responses. You will develop an understanding of the competitive landscape and help drive initiatives targeting the public sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review tender opportunities and provide a clear overview to the team to help assess whether to proceed with a response.
  • Manage and compile tender responses with a methodical approach, ensuring attention to detail and consistency throughout.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure they provide required input within deadlines and contribute to a cohesive submission.
  • Ensure all tenders are completed and submitted to a high standard and within the required timeframe.
  • Demonstrate excellent proficiency in written English, ensuring the clarity and professionalism of bid submissions.
  • Develop an understanding of the competitive landscape, identifying what it takes to win tenders from both technical and commercial perspectives.
Requirements:
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Previous experience in creating business proposals is an asset.
  • Proven project-management ability and ability to meet multiple deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a methodical approach to bids.
  • Understanding of the public sector is a plus.
