
Lead Business Developer

We are seeking a seasoned business development professional to spearhead our growth initiatives. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities, crafting compelling proposals, and developing effective pitch decks.
Key Responsibilities:- Search and shortlist daily projects on Upwork, leveraging your expertise to secure high-value contracts.
- Draft personalized, high-converting proposals and SEO-optimized pitch decks that showcase your skills and experience.
- Support our SEO efforts by designing pitch decks and other graphics using AI tools, ensuring maximum visibility and engagement.
- Hit bid-volume and response-rate targets, updating our CRM system with accurate and timely information.
- Owning first-touch client chat and pricing strategy with Senior Bidder, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Accurately relaying requirements to PM/dev teams, ensuring prompt delivery and satisfaction.
- 6–12 months of proven bidding success on the Upwork platform.
- Fluent English (written & verbal), with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Solid grasp of IT services, including software development, data analytics, and cybersecurity.
- Portfolio of pitch decks or proposals that closed ≥$5k projects, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth.
- Comfortable with AI writing/design tools and basic SEO principles, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
