As a crucial link between our clients and potential prospects, this role plays a pivotal part in generating new business opportunities through effective communication and proactive outreach. The Appointment Setter will focus on bringing in qualified appointments/meetings for our clients by conducting high volumes of outbound calls to introduce services and handle objections to ultimately book meetings.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct high volume outbound calls to prospects introducing a suite of services effectively handling objections to book meetings.
  • Generate meetings and identify new business opportunities through high volume cold calling.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to refine scripts and strategies for bringing in more meetings through cold calling.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly targets for outbound calls lead generation and qualified booked meetings.
  • Provide regular reports on call activity lead status and outcomes.
  • Contribute to the development of lead generation strategies and outreach techniques.
  • Assist in the creation and implementation of cold call scripts and outreach strategies.
  • Act as a liaison between the outreach team and other departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.

Requirements:
  • Proven experience in cold calling appointment setting or a related sales role.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
