Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models and data platforms that drive business value and growth.

  • Collaborate with product and business teams to identify complex challenges and translate them into effective AI solutions.

  • Mentor and manage high-performing teams of AI engineers and data professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Establish and enforce best practices in AI engineering, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance across the organization.

  • Evaluate and integrate new AI technologies to maintain a competitive edge and ensure ethical AI development.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience building and leading AI/ML and data engineering platforms.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure AI and Google Cloud AI tools and platforms.

  • Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and cloud-native services (Dataflow, Azure ML, Vertex AI, etc.).

  • Deep understanding of MLOps, model lifecycle, and production-grade deployment.

  • Demonstrated leadership in building cross-functional, agile engineering teams.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
