
Cybersecurity Solutions Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a business-driven Sales Lead to spearhead our cybersecurity solutions team within the system integration business unit. This role is fully focused on driving new business growth by executing targeted go-to-market strategies in close collaboration with sales, marketing, presales, and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to deliver measurable results.
Key Responsibilities:- Take full responsibility for achieving revenue targets through new business development.
- Drive the execution of multiple sales plays and campaigns aligned with strategic priorities.
- Conduct sales enablement sessions, support the progression of opportunities, and work closely with sales and presales teams to maintain a strong pipeline and ensure successful deal closures.
- Lead customer meetings, presentations, and discovery sessions to build trust, understand customer needs, and support the sale of both standard and complex solutions.
- Maintain and strengthen partnerships with key OEMs and distributors through proactive business planning, compliance management, and joint engagement initiatives.
- Mentor and build a strong, collaborative team by supporting individual growth, encouraging open communication, and aligning efforts with company goals.
- 5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity solution sales, with proven leadership capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage brand portfolios, and drive new business growth.
- Experience working closely with presales, marketing, and other cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in managing OEM relationships and joint go-to-market planning.
- Relevant cybersecurity product knowledge or vendor certifications preferred but not mandatory.
