
Virtual Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to manage our virtual office operations.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Manage routine office duties such as maintaining paperwork, digital filing, typing reports, answering phones, assisting clients, etc.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
- Manage a small remote team
- Submit reports and prepare proposals and presentations as needed
- Attend meetings as required
- Compile and present daily reports
- Organize and manage daily tasks
- Manage sensitive information and confidential legal documents
- Create and update databases and records
- Travel to Rawalindi and Islamabad as needed for procurement, site visits, meetings, etc.
- Ensure tasks are carried out efficiently and cost-effectively
Requirements:
- Higher secondary education and a diploma or higher in any field
- Ability to work independently and in a team with flexibility
- Driven, confident, and eager to learn in challenging environments
- Good problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Motivated, results-oriented, with a positive attitude
- Trustworthy, responsible, and committed to high-quality results
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
Advantageous Skills:
- Knowledge of graphic design
- Ability to conduct interviews
- Own vehicle/bike with valid driver's license and insurance (mileage reimbursable)
