Job Title: Logistics Operations Associate

The primary function of this role is to ensure the efficient and timely dispatch of finished goods. This involves picking, packing, and labelling products with precision and accuracy.

To excel in this position, candidates must possess excellent organizational skills, allowing them to meet company targets and deadlines while performing general warehouse duties.

Achieving tasks set within agreed time is crucial, as is effective communication with the team to maintain a smooth workflow.

In addition to adhering to strict health and safety rules and regulations, the successful candidate must be able to follow instructions from the Line Manager/Supervisor without exception.

Coordinating with transporters/logistics staff is also a key responsibility in ensuring timely dispatch of finished goods.

Maintaining a clean and organized workspace in the packing room, handling materials at the required speed, and proper planning in line with purchase orders are essential aspects of this role.

Proper record-keeping and reporting are also integral parts of this job, providing valuable insights for continuous improvement.
