This role is designed for individuals who possess the ability to effectively manage logistics operations. The chosen candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics, including warehouse management, transportation coordination, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize logistics operations
  • Directing and coordinating the full order cycle from initiation to delivery
  • Liaising with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers to ensure seamless communication and negotiation
  • Monitoring quality, quantity, stock levels, delivery times, transport costs, and efficiency
  • Managing warehouse operations, cataloging goods, planning routes, and processing shipments
  • Resolving any arising problems or complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Supervising, coaching, and training warehouse staff to enhance productivity and job satisfaction
  • Meeting cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets through effective resource allocation and task prioritization
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
  • Negotiation skills for effective national and international communication
  • Basic numeracy and accountancy understanding
  • Mastery of the Microsoft Office Suite
