We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist with expertise in both Linux and Windows environments.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as we continue to grow and expand our cloud services. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support and ensuring seamless deployment, automation, and troubleshooting of services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Support: Deliver timely and effective solutions via email/helpdesk, and live chat.
  • Service Deployment: Ensure seamless deployment of services and applications.
  • Automation and Troubleshooting: Automate and troubleshoot services and applications.
  • Migration: Migrate applications to our cloud platform.
  • Cloud Environment Management: Design, build, operate, and support scalable cloud environments.
Requirements
  • Hosting Experience: Proven experience as a Hosting Support Specialist or similar role.
  • Linux-Based Server Expertise: In-depth knowledge of Linux-based servers and virtualization.
  • cPanel/WHM Control Panel Experience: Proficient in cPanel/WHM control panel management.
  • Technical Awareness: Quick learning ability to grasp new technologies.
  • WordPress/Magento Stack Experience: Expertise in the WordPress/Magento stack (PHP, MySQL).
Bonus Skills
  • Scripting Experience: Proficient in writing Bash, Python, and Ansible scripts.
  • AWS Experience: Hands-on experience with AWS services.
